Job Description: We are seeking a talented and visionary Creative Director to lead the creative direction of our brand as we continue to expand globally. This role will focus on developing innovative and impactful marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse international clientele, elevating our brand and ensuring that our products stand out in a competitive market. You will be responsible for leading creative projects from concept to execution, collaborating across departments, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives to generate innovative and impactful advertising concepts and materials.
Campaign Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of advertising campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
Brand Management: Uphold brand integrity and ensure messaging is consistent with brand values and guidelines.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, informing advertising strategies and messaging.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, sales, and external agencies to align advertising initiatives with overall business objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Budget Management: Responsible for effectively managing advertising budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, seeking feedback, evaluating performance metrics, and implementing strategies for ongoing enhancement of advertising effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in a creative leadership role, preferably in the food or export industries.
A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, particularly in international markets.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a creative team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the food export industry.
Previous experience in a global or export-driven business is highly preferred.
