Our platform bridges the gap between brands and consumers, enhancing engagements both online and in-store, providing the smartest, most effective ways to reach Kiwi shoppers for our clients and partners.We've grown at an incredible rate in a short 3 years – with strong backing, even greater things are in play and we have a new brilliant opportunity for a real self-starter, Creative Design Specialist to join our passionate, retail obsessive and energetic team!As Market Media's Creative Design Specialist you'll be an essential cog in getting our campaigns to market, our communications looking sharp and keeping our brand accurate and as it should be!Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Marketing, you'll be a team player, but able to work independently and bring your own design chops to our work. We expect you to bring thinking and ideas vs just being a paint by numbers kinda person!You'll love great design and understand how design and function intersect to create effectiveness and impact and how it can drive not only our business, but our clients' business forward.We are looking for individuals who take personal responsibility, initiative, and ownership for the work they deliver and have a thirst to learn. You'll be working with our clients and teams to create vibrant, on-brand campaign assets to execute best in class, modern marketing.
