About the role: We are seeking a talented and versatile individual who is passionate about creative content and possesses the expertise to craft memorable and engaging digital content across a range of media platforms, with an emphasis on short-form content.

Your role will be to curate high-quality, on-brand video content for digital channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
You will be very organized, self-sufficient, and live and breathe content creation to develop captivating and engaging videos.
We are looking for a candidate who can seamlessly transition between different brands, adapt to various tones of voice, verticals, and online environments, and create impactful content based on their knowledge and understanding of trends, features, and formats across these channels.
What you'll do: Content Creation:
• Develop, create and curate the production of high-quality content, including print, video, digital, mobile, and social media executions and campaign release collateral.
• Facilitate the creative process and generate ideas for creating engaging and relevant content based on target audience and business objectives.
• Lead creative direction and collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to define content strategies aligned with brand goals and objectives.
• Conduct content audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform content strategy.Multimedia Production:
• Create and edit multimedia content, including videos, motion, and graphics, using various software and tools.
• Manage the production process, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production tasks.Content Distribution:
• Plan and execute content distribution strategies across various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and third-party platforms.Analytics and Performance Tracking:
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools to assess engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve results.Brand Consistency:
• Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and channels.Content Calendar and Scheduling:
• Develop and maintain content calendars for relevant artists to plan and schedule content releases.
• Ensure that creative work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality, and within the estimated budget agreed with various stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging content trends, digital marketing techniques, and industry developments.
