Job details £16,233 per annum (29 hours per week) Do you have the skills and desire to work with young people in the classroom?
Supervising lessons when teachers are unavailable, you will help to support the school in maximising students' learning and minimising interruptions to effective teaching. The role involves explaining the work set to students and supporting them in its completion in an atmosphere conducive to learning.
With an approachable, friendly manner, you should be flexible, resilient and able to relate to young people in a positive way. A good level of education is required.
You do not have to be a qualified teacher. Full training and support will be given, although experience of working with young people would be desirable.
Would suit someone thinking of a career in teaching, a recent graduate or someone looking for a career change. You should enjoy working with young people.
Part time also considered (full school days).
