```html Country Road - Sales Manager (Kids & Home) - Wellington - NZ The Role Reporting to the Store/Cluster Manager, this position is responsible for delivering the department's financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.
This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed within the department and the retail store as a whole.
Key Responsibilities Drive sales and profit ensuring the achievement of all KPI's as set by the company.
Provide inspirational leadership, training, and developing team capability.
Maintain a focus on commercial acumen ensuring the team has an understanding of the performance of the department/store.
Effectively manage costs.
Drive a customer-centric culture creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.
Adhere to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate will have Experience in managing a high sales turnover retail business.
Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters.
Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach.
A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
Experience managing the performance, training, and development of a medium to large team.
Skills associated with driving productivity with team members.
Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
