Job Title: Corporate Social Responsibility Manager
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Position Overview: PTW is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to join our global team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a positive impact in the gaming industry while supporting our global CSR initiatives. The CSR Manager will work closely with the Global PR team, assisting in the development and execution of CSR strategies across our 16 locations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:

Global CSR Strategy Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and management of global CSR policies and initiatives that align with PTW's mission and values.
Local Studio Support: Collaborate with in-country studios and their teams to ensure the successful execution of CSR initiatives that adhere to global standards while respecting local cultures and needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Global PR team to effectively communicate and promote CSR activities both internally and externally.
Global Internship Program Management: Support the maintenance and growth of PTW's global internship program, ensuring it aligns with CSR goals and provides meaningful opportunities for interns worldwide.
Reporting and Analysis: Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting the impact of CSR initiatives across all locations. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Event Coordination: Help organize and manage CSR-related events, workshops, and campaigns across PTW's global studios.
Communication and Engagement: Draft and distribute CSR communications, including newsletters, social media updates, and press releases, to engage employees, partners, and the broader community.
Sustainability Initiatives: Support the implementation of sustainability practices within PTW's operations, contributing to the company's environmental goals.
Research and Benchmarking: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in CSR, particularly within the gaming industry, and recommend innovative approaches for PTW.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a CSR, communications, or related role, preferably within the gaming industry or a global company.
Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices, with a passion for making a positive impact.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.
Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with social media platforms and content creation is a plus.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
