Regularly tell call and sales call to build good rapport with Corporate accounts, Association, NGOs, Consulate,...
In charge of accounts management and RFP.
In charge of generating revenue of Rooms and also promoting F&B as per budget.
Market analysis: customer survey, competitor activity, market trend & mix.
Provide periodical reports on business status (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
Coordinate with Hotel team to bring good service to clients, prospect in term of: bookings, promotion, events… Network with the market assigned to gather information of the environment, propose strategies and execution of the strategies.
Responsible for the administration of each contract.
Arranges site inspection for clients.
Ad hoc roles, projects, activities not limited to the above duties and responsibilities may be required due to work exigency and/or added at management's discretion.
Supervises Sales Executive activities.
Qualifications High enthusiastic & expressive voice with meeting people and result oriented.
University degree.
Relevant experience at least 1 year.
Fluently English and Vietnamese in both speaking and writing.
