About the role We are searching for a dynamic Corporate Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our Auckland CBD office. You'll be joining our collaborative and supportive Corporate Services team who are focused on delivering an unforgettable client experience. This is a full-time position, working the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm.
As the first point of contact for the firm, you thrive in a people-focused environment and will be enthusiastic about delivering a positive experience for our clients and people.
You'll be an admin superstar, providing this support to the wider office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team in a highly credible and top tier firm!
Your responsibilities will be varied and include:
Front of House reception duties including answering and redirecting phone calls.
Assisting with managing the in-house client experience by way of greeting clients and visitors, ensuring their end-to-end experience is first class.
Coordinating our client floor by working closely with our in-house catering and Operations teams to ensure all needs of the clients are met.
Management of the room booking system including monitoring and coordinating the booking schedule.
Assisting in the setup of meeting rooms as required for meetings and functions.
Administrative assistance to the Head of Business Operations and wider team as required.
About you We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who enjoys working in a professional environment.
At least 1 year experience in reception, customer service or administration is preferred.
Experience in a corporate environment is strongly preferred.
A positive can do attitude with a desire to be part of a high performing team.
Time management and the ability to take complete ownership of role and the tasks within it.
Ability to work well with people of all levels.
