As a member of the corporate commercial team, you will tackle a broad range of complex and engaging work within the commercial and corporate domains, serving medium and large businesses.
With direct guidance from experienced partners and strong support from a skilled team, you will have the autonomy to work independently while also collaborating closely with your colleagues.
Your role will encompass managing business mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, structuring investment vehicles and capital raising, overseeing consumer and commercial lending, organizing company and business structures, establishing shareholding arrangements, ensuring corporate governance, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
