About the role This role will be focused on corporate/commercial matters and involve working on behalf of businesses and high-net-worth individuals at both a transactional and advisory level.
Their clients range from small start-ups to complex corporations, across a diverse range of industries. The work will be cutting-edge, interesting, and varied.
This role will include, but is not limited to, advising, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts, business restructuring (incl. complex mergers and acquisitions), procurement, structuring and investments, and governance matters.

You will have good business acumen and a knack for thinking outside the box, possessing great problem-solving skills.
