This role can be based out of our Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch offices.

About the mahi This role will see you responsible for the development and growth of our national corporate level clients, while ensuring that our go-to-market strategy and offering is aligned to our global Aon United proposition.
You will own and create opportunities for growth, cross functional sales and relationships.
Manage key business and customer relationships, and negotiation of potential business opportunities.
Consult and collaborate with Aon Specialists and Underwriters to provide tailored solutions to client and prospects needs.
Through service, pricing, consultation and reporting, promote the value Aon delivers to clients and prospects.
Skills and experience that will lend to success You will have the opportunity to collaborate, engage and consult across all of Aon's specialty areas while looking at growth opportunities across our corporate clients.
You will come from a strong commercial or corporate sales environment with a focus on new business development and strategic growth.
A few key strengths we are looking for: Experience building client networks at executive or C-Suite level.
Strong ability to engage, prospect and negotiate with Senior Level partners and build strategic relationships.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills along with a strong level of confidence in your presentation skills.
The ability to travel as required and hold a current Full New Zealand Drivers licence.
