They are seeking a proactive, detail oriented, and organised Corporate Accountant, who will report directly into the Finance Director.About your new roleYou will have responsibility for delivering quality and insightful information. Tasks include:Annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly reporting for the information technology cost centres (excluding compensation), and capex.Manage the Fixed Asset register.Manage the company's lease accounting.Assisting with month end close, including preparing and posting journals and reconciliations.Calculate and invoice the monthly allocations to intercompany entities and associated reconciliations.Generate and release customer invoices and provide support to the Assistant Accountant regarding customer queries as and when required.Assist with the annual statutory audit.Manage the company's banking relationships.Fulfill other external and internal reporting obligations as needed.Perform special projects as required to assist the department and the company.About you?• Will hold a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA)• Experience in a similar Corporate Accounting role working for another fast-paced top tier company or be a first mover out of a leading chartered firm with business services experience• You will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and with those who have a non-financial background;• Engage with others collaboratively, and work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on time;• Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders.What's in it for you?• Salary c$135,000 + super and bonus.• Hybrid working, CBD Location• Nurturing and high performance-driven mentor• Friendly, down-to-earth, inclusive, collaborative, high performing and social team
