Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights Toyota New Zealand is on the hunt for a dynamic Corporate Account Manager to join the existing team and manage new and existing corporate accounts. Based in Ellerslie, this role puts you at the helm of one of the world's most iconic automotive brands, renowned for its stellar performance and footprint across the world. The team is very customer focussed, collectively work together as a team, however you will have the autonomy to explore existing and new business. Toyota fosters an environment where development, respect, and continuous improvement are at the forefront. 5-day week with local and regional travel Supportive leadership and further development Car, fuel, benefits and tools of the trade Medical insurance for partner, family About the role Join Toyota's Corporate Account Team and play a crucial role in expanding and enhancing new vehicle business across New Zealand. You'll be pivotal in understanding client needs and customising solutions to fit their requirements. Your mission? Elevate the Toyota brand and boost fleet volume by managing relationships with both Corporate and Fleet entities. Your focus will be on maximising portfolios with clarity, exceptional customer service, and collaborative communication whilst representing the brand across corporate new and existing accounts. Key Focus areas Maintain current client base and grow new business within the NZ market Manage start to finish proposals and acquisitions in person with clients Develop strategies to maximise opportunities alongside team members Effectively manage forecasts to ensure demand is satisfied Manage current corporate requirements and expectations Resolve client queries and provide aftersales support About you Ability to generate new business and develop existing relationships Be able to build rapport and quickly gain trust Be accurate and process driven with above average IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Driven and self-motivated Hold excellent presentation skills Be solution based and have a positive can-do attitude Have excellent teamwork and interdepartmental skills Understand leasing and the automotive sector This role offers the thrill of meeting new and existing customers daily, with your base located in the vibrant central Ellerslie location.
