Our team is responsible for the nutritional management of clients and families with chronic diseases such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, obesity or progressing through our bariatric surgery pathway. This role will work clinically in diabetes in a variety of outpatient clinics and with close liaison with the Diabetes MDT and Diabetes in Pregnancy MDT.The ideal applicant is self-motivated and enjoys working in a flexible and challenging environment, has great verbal and written interpersonal skills, able to think outside the box, efficient in time management, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a strong quality-focussed team.
