Coordinator, Product Support 1

Details of the offer

We are looking for a team-oriented individual to join us as the Product Support Coordinator. You will look after our product inventory from the time of receipt to its storage in the stockroom. You will further provide timely replenishment of merchandise on our sales floor, support on Reverse Logistics and maintain stockroom organization.
Responsibilities

Perform stock receiving from warehouse or other locations; verify the incoming products basing on DFS' standard procedures
Perform regular replenishment of products on the sales floor
Conduct Reverse Logistics – process Return to Vendor, Inter-Division Transfer, Location-to-Location Transfer and other Third Party Transfers
Print Price Change Notification (PCN) report, print & replace relevant price tag for affected merchandise
Consolidate damaged goods from sale floors and update defective tools
Assist in the ordering of GWP (Gifts with Purchase) and PWP (Promotions with Purchase) for monthly promotion
Assist the Product Support Team Lead in destruction of damage goods when needed
Assist in raising documents for write-offs and damaged goods per guidance from the Team Lead
Deliver goods to customers in line with location service and facilities offered (e.g. Hotel delivery, Home delivery, etc.)

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred, not essential
1-2+ years' experience in a retail environment
Able to effectively communicate and operate in a culturally diverse environment
Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with personnel at various levels
Maintain accuracy and have strong attention to detail
Able to work under stringent deadlines and be able to prioritize a heavy workload with multiple deadlines
High degree of integrity and confidentiality with a keen sense of business/financial acumen
Strong command of English language, written and spoken
