The Coordinator, People Services is part of the People Services team whose work is to advise and support leaders on a wide range of people matters so they can be successful, deliver an exceptional people experience, and build a thriving community. This is a permanent role, located opposite Wellington train station.

Responsibilities include:
Coordinating our recruitment processes, delivering a positive candidate experience, and providing end to end recruitment service to our hiring managers, through to onboarding and offboarding.Supporting the operational delivery of initiatives across the People Services team, including performance and remuneration, capability development, talent and succession, change management, employment relations, health and safety, wellbeing, and organisation development.Maintaining employment documentation and records, and contributing to regular people reportingAssisting in the development and maintenance of our people policies, guidelines and information.We are a small team of generalists and specialists which means you get the opportunity to be involved in a varied and wide range of work.

The salary range for this role is $64,000 - $72,000 + 3% Kiwisaver contribution
