We have recently partnered with Fonterra to launch the PAUS programme, which allows farmers to lease advanced milk chilling systems.
Coolcare Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager for the Taranaki region, covering the Taranaki region, down to Whanganui. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company dedicated to excellence and farmer satisfaction.
Role Overview:
As the Sales Manager (Taranaki), you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and increasing sales of Coolcare milk chilling systems within your region. You will support your farmers throughout the entire sales and installation process. Additionally, you will assist our Project Manager in managing an extensive network of authorised dealers and utilise the software tools provided by Coolcare to build and maintain client relationships and expand sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Lead, drive and grow sales enquiries within the Taranaki region.
Work with our internal sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
Ensure each financial year's KPI's are met.
Process Development and Training:
Work closely with our Project Manager to equip our dealers with the necessary tools and information.
Collaborate with Marketing and Technical Services for training programmes and brand management.
Organise and participate in sales conferences, training events, and Fieldays.
Relationship and Performance Management:
Establish and maintain strong, sustained relationships with clients, dealers and key company stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and clean data entry and management of the CRM system to support marketing and customer retention efforts.
Quality Assurance and Support:
Work with our technical team to improve service and support.
Conduct quarterly reviews to ensure high customer satisfaction and installation quality.
Promote Coolcare remote monitoring subscription platform.
