Ichiban is a well-established fusion Japanese food provider located in the
food court at The Hub Hornby.
We recently opened Doshirac Chicken and Bowl.
The two stores are backed by two chefs of 40 & 25 years experience that are passionate about food, with Ichibans' motto being 'Better food for everyone, the Ichiban way.'
We are looking for people that are both passionate about the process of
creating food, as well as serving the people who enjoy our food.
With the two shops literally being within reach in the food court we can
provide variability in hours/ variability of work that you seek/ suits you!
We have a vibrant and supporting team on-site.

full training will be provided with no prior experience.
