Job Title: Cook – North Beach Beer Garden

Job Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, passionate Cook to join our team at North Beach Beer Garden in New Brighton. You'll start by working Saturdays, with the opportunity to develop into a full-time role as our site grows, and to work towards becoming our Head Chef as you develop your skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, values high-quality ingredients, and enjoys a fun, community-focused atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to our quality standards

Assist with daily food prep and ensure ingredients are stocked

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations

Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth service during busy hours

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook or similar role

Strong knowledge of food safety practices

Ability to work well under pressure and in a team

Reliable, punctual, and passionate about food
