Details of the offer

Collaborate with the chef in the selection and procurement of ingredients.
Engage in discussions with the restaurant manager and chef regarding menu planning and development.
Stay abreast of market trends, comprehend evolving tastes and customer preferences, ensuring our dishes align with public demands.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Assist patrons with special dietary requirements and cater to their needs.
•Contribute to the hiring and training processes for new kitchen staff.
Adhere to storage guidelines for ingredients.
Prepare, season, and plate food.
Demonstrate proficiency in using kitchen equipment and regulating equipment temperatures.
Any other duties required by the manager and chefs.
About you: At least three years of relevant experience or  Relevant NZQF level 2 or 3 qualification Physically fit with a clear criminal record
