Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for: Preparation and cooking of breakfast and lunch as well as sandwiches, bread rolls etc, salads, scones, muffins, slices, cakes, pies, bain-marie food. Developing and maintaining excellent client and customer relations Leading and managing a team of four, focusing on providing excellent customer service Ensuring efficient and effective operation of the site within budgets, guidelines, policies and procedures Monitoring compliance with our Quality Management System and Health & Safety Online ordering and monitoring of catering supplies Coordination and management of staff rosters Management of the Quality Assurance Programme He korero mou / About you: The successful candidate will need to be : Passionate about food, delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy leading, mentoring and coaching staff with some cooking involved. Able to demonstrate experience working as a Cook/Chef with supervisory experience. Customer focused, enthusiastic and willing to take on new challenges. Able to have strong people management skills.
