Hours are on an as and when required basis.You will be required to:Prepare bulk dishes for patient mealsPrepare single special itemsAssist with ordering and stock rotationComply with food safety standardsWork to time framesHave a good understanding of food allergensAssist with general kitchen and cleaning dutiesIdeal skills and experience you will have:If you're our ideal candidate, you will be a team player, passionate about food, and have excellent time management skills. You will have outstanding customer service and be flexible, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. Having the ability to work proactively both independently and as part of a team is essential. Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
