Hours of work are Permanent Full Time, as rostered across 7 days.
You will be responsible for: the preparation, cooking, and presenting of foodplanning and catering for buffets and functions as requireddeveloping menus to meet special dietary and cultural needsreceiving and storing kitchen suppliesassisting with menu planningIdeal skills and experience you will have: If you're our perfect candidate you will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. You will already have some experience working in a commercial kitchen producing high quality food and ideally you will hold food safety certificates (Unit Standard 167 and 168), or be happy to train for one. You will need to have the ability to work independently and in team but, most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
