About the role Join the thriving team at Holbrook Law as a Conveyancing Lawyer based in our Takapuna, Auckland office. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in providing expert legal services to our clients throughout the property transaction process.
What you'll be doing Advising clients on all aspects of property transactions, including purchases, sales, and refinancingDrafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, mortgage documents, and other legal instrumentsConducting title and due diligence searches to ensure the integrity of property transactionsLiaising with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transfersProviding clear and timely communication to clients throughout the conveyancing processStaying up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations to ensure complianceContributing to the growth and development of the Property Law team at Holbrook LawDrafting and advising on Wills and EPOAWhat we're looking for Admission as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand, with a current practising certificateMinimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in conveyancing and property lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain languageStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrentlyProven track record of providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationshipsProficient in the use of legal technology and software to streamline workflowsCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentWhat we offer Competitive remuneration and benefits packageOpportunities for career advancement and professional developmentCollaborative and supportive working environmentFlexible work arrangements to promote work-life balanceAbout us Holbrook Law is a well-established, full-service law firm with a strong reputation.
