With our internal joinery capabilities, we adapt to changing programs and assure we can deliver the best quality projects on time for our clients. About the PositionReporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Commercial Manager and Joinery Manager, this role primarily involves the management and execution of projects for key clients of Complete Construction, ensuring that they have a "single point of contact" for all their projects, and to be the "client's representative" internally. This position involves being responsible for the delivery of multiple projects to programme, budget, and the quality standards expected by the client and internally.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and delivery of projects, providing professional / technical expertise to support both short and long-term operational priorities and customer needs, in line with legislation, policy, safety and environmental outcomes.Provide high level advice, decisions and support to resolve local issues and incidents, ensuring that such decisions are made on sound technical grounds in line with best practice and required standards and timeframes.Create programmes for your assigned projects, monitor the progress of work and programmes, identify risks in the delivery of priorities and implement timely resolution of issues, to ensure appropriate reallocation of time, finance and effort and enhancement of the project delivery.Provide good quality management reporting on project delivery, to support the planning of operational work, inform business decisions and provide a sound basis from which to communication with and influence internal / external partners.Lead and / or support Site Managers and their project teams to achieve well planned and managed solutions that progress effective results, embracing chance and improvement in the organisation and also supports the best safety and environmental outcomes.Establish and maintain good relationships developing and nurturing internal and external partners to understand and influence their activities and promote and enhance the company and client goals and reputations. Provide effective leadership to health and safety matters by actively promoting health and safety awareness, alignment with SSSP and client driven processes and ensuring the overall provision of safe working practices on all sites.Any additional duties within the scope of this position as may be required from time to time, for which you have the experience and / or qualifications. What we are looking for What we are looking for to be considered for this position:A strong people leader with an engaging leadership style and genuine focus on the development of staff Credibility with the ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influence at an executive levelExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including competent computer skillsHigh level attention to detailAbility to work under pressureExcellent organisation and time management skillsClear thinker, able to identify opportunities and align others to a common approachExcellence in the following areas: onsite project delivery, programme and financial alignment, health and safety management, people leadership, and project documentation is a mustWhat's in it for youWe are an inclusive and open business where learning and development is at the forefront of what we do.Company vehicle and fuel cardLaptopWe would love to hear from you!
