Contracts Manager

The Role: This position is predominantly managing projects across a variety of civil developments from subdivision through to roading and more.
In this rewarding role you will be involved in a variety of business activities including:

Contracts management
Staff management, including recruitment and professional development and performance management
Financial management and performance, including reporting
Quality, health and safety
Pre and post award project planning and programming
Tender input, including estimation and methodology writing
Client / Stakeholder relations

About You: To be suitable for this position, you will need to have proven experience delivering successful similar projects in New Zealand. You will also need to have:

Relevant industry qualification such as Civil Engineering; however, practical industry experience is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience across residential/commercial civil construction preferred.
Strong financial management and programme management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Current clean Class 1 license.
Willingness to complete drug, alcohol, and criminal checks.
Up-to-date with current health and safety legislation and contract law.
