Contract Manager - Earthworks, Drainage, Land Development, Commercial.Grada Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a great understanding of Earthworks and Drainage. Ideally, you will come from a Land Development/Sub-division construction background, but come with a strong understanding of the civil industry as a whole.The RoleAs a Contracts Manager, you will be reporting directly to the general manager, leading a high-performing team of project managers to deliver a wide range of land development-focused projects across the Queenstown/Wanaka region while supporting the tendering of new business with the goal of increasing market share.The CompanyYou will be joining a family-owned and operated business known for its quality and service-driven approach. Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Natural leadership and a desire to develop others. Previous experience in Drainage & Excavations.
