Contracts Manager

Contract Manager - Earthworks, Drainage, Land Development, Commercial.
Grada Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a great understanding of Earthworks and Drainage. Ideally, you will come from a Land Development/Sub-division construction background, but come with a strong understanding of the civil industry as a whole.

The Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will be reporting directly to the general manager, leading a high-performing team of project managers to deliver a wide range of land development-focused projects across the Queenstown/Wanaka region while supporting the tendering of new business with the goal of increasing market share.

You
Minimum 10 years' experience within the NZ civil market.
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Natural leadership and a desire to develop others.
Previous experience in Drainage & Excavations.
Understands local, H&S, and contractual standards.
