Contracts Manager

Part of Brian Perry Civil, PipeWorks rehabilitates existing pipelines without the inconvenience and disruption of digging trenches in roads and on private properties. This approach offers a cost-effective and lower carbon way to maintain network integrity as water and wastewater infrastructure reaches the end of its useful life.With plenty of secured work and a positive pipeline of prospects, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team! This role will be based in Mt Wellington, Auckland.About the roleLead project managers and engineers to achieve superior performance across all projects valued between $500k – $2m within the PipeWorks business - planning, estimating, project controls, methods, procedures, systems and execution of projects within the business.You'll provide specialist input in the bidding and tendering of our projects and manage project commercials to ensure that Client expectations and bid margins are exceeded.Play a critical role in developing, nurturing, and growing client relationships across the country with a focus on pipeline rehabilitation opportunities.About youExcellent project and programme management skillsExperience overseeing multiple projects at one timePipeline, civil or drainage experienceStrong leadership skillsTertiary qualification (engineering or related field)In depth knowledge of construction methodologiesKeen to join the team?
