We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to help manage the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil construction management and the ability to lead teams, tender competitively for projects, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage all phases of civil works projects from initiation to completion. Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery. Monitor and control budgets, resources, and expenditures. Lead operational teams, including operators, truck drivers, labourers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, engineers, and regulatory bodies. Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Prepare regular project status reports and progress updates for management. Submit tender proposals. Qualifications: Experience in civil works project management with a proven record of successful project delivery. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proficient in project management software and construction-related tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure.
