Are you a skilled leader with a passion for managing contracts and driving performance? Ngati Hine Health Trust is seeking a Contracts Lead to oversee our contracts team and ensure the successful delivery of service agreements.
For over 30 years, Ngati Hine Health Trust has been at the forefront of oranga (wellbeing) in Te Tai Tokerau. Our services span health, housing, education, and Whanau Ora, empowering our communities through kaupapa Maori values.
As Contracts Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our agreements meet compliance standards, drive performance outcomes, and align with our organizational goals.
About the Role
This leadership role involves managing a team of four Contract Performance Administrators while ensuring the smooth administration of service contracts. You'll utilize platforms like Noted , SharePoint , and Monday.com to streamline processes and deliver exceptional results.
The position can be based in either our Whangarei or Kawakawa Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a high-performing contracts team.
Oversee contract compliance, renewals, and deliverables.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting using Noted .
Streamline workflows and implement process improvements.
Engage with funders, partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in contract management or administration.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Proficiency in platforms like Noted , SharePoint , and Monday.com .
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
A commitment to kaupapa Maori values and cultural integrity.
