We are taking action today to create a better future for the people who bank with us, work with us, invest in us or are part of our broader communities.Mo te turanga | About the RoleActively oversee and participate in the team's delivery and best practice by designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automation/functional test solutions across the WNZL landscape using the most appropriate tool set, and 'best practice' techniques and agile quality engineering practices.Providing peer reviews across the WNZL community in regards to testing strategies and solutions.Na tau rourou | What will you bring?5+ years using commercial and/or open-source test tools across the test pyramidPractical experience in the design, implementation and execution of functional and automation test solutions, tools, and techniquesExperience with programming languages and database query tools, e.g. Java, Java Script, C#, SQL, XML etc.Experience with UI automation tools like Playwright, Selenium or equivalentData integrity testing experience and familiar with Data warehouse conceptsExperience in early and ongoing test automation to facilitate focus on prevention of defectsCI/CD knowledge of Jenkins, Kubernetes, desirableAn agile mindset and experience collaborating closely with development teams to iteratively ship software and challenge the status quoGrowth and shift-left mindset with a ready for anything attitude
