Contract Programme Manager

Join a national organisation well regarded for their customer experience and community involvement, with a significant amount of process and technology transformation ahead.
Role Description: Seasoned Programme Manager required to assist my client in delivering a key piece of work to a tight deadline. Initial 3-month contract, however there is a large amount of transformation ahead and this is likely to flow into further work for the right person.
You will be confident coming in and hitting the ground running, building rapport and trusted relationships quickly across all levels of a business. This will require previous knowledge of the banking industry and experience across both technology and regulatory deliverables.
This role is available for a quick start and able to be worked from any of the main centres - Christchurch, Dunedin, Wellington or Auckland. It may require a small amount of travel if needed specific to programme, however travel costs will be covered for the right person. Hybrid working arrangements available.
What You'll Bring: End to end programme management experience
Previous experience in the banking industry
Natural leader with ability to build trust and engage teams quickly
Demonstrable background of delivering solutions to tight timeframes
Knowledge across business, technology and regulatory pieces of work
Excellent stakeholder and vendor relationship management skills, with ability to influence
Current NZ working rights required
