You will lead a high-performing team, develop, and enhance strong relationships with clients, and above all, you will assist in driving the business forward.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery of the contract to an exceptionally high standardReporting to both our clients and Downer management on all aspects of the performanceEnsuring the delivery of activities meet the expectations of our customersManagement of staff and supply chain partners to achieve the best outcomes for Downer and our customersEnsuring the financial health of our contractChampioning excellence, health, and safetyNga pukenga matua | Important SkillsYou'll need to be a collaborative leader who strives for excellence and balances it with your adaptable communication style. You will be a successful people leader with the ability to coach and mentor team members whilst driving operational site work to ensure quality, completion of work to schedule, and minimal rework.
