Contract Manager

The Opportunity
Embrace this new leadership opportunity with a leading Civil Construction Company as a Contract Manager, delivering a variety of projects including infrastructure pipelaying, Civil earthworks, utility trenching and service installation. Working alongside the Senior Contract Manager, this is a great opportunity for you to take a step up in your career with a large forward workload for 2024 and beyond.

Role responsibilities are:
Building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Responsible for resources on site including equipment, materials and labor
Ensuring compliance with quality, health and safety and environmental standards
General administration management including project documentation, contracts, variation orders and progress claims
Managing project budgets and finances
Coordinating meetings with project teams and stakeholders
Providing leadership and support
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in Project or Contract Management ideally with experience overseeing 3 Waters projects
Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or drain laying (preferred)
A strong financial understanding, with experience to track costs, complete claims and deliver project reports
Good communication and leadership skills
Solid experience with safety and quality
Be energetic and enthusiastic

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
