Contract Manager

Role responsibilities are: Building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholdersResponsible for resources on site including equipment, materials and laborEnsuring compliance with quality, health and safety and environmental standardsGeneral administration management including project documentation, contracts, variation orders and progress claimsManaging project budgets and financesCoordinating meetings with project teams and stakeholdersProviding leadership and supportThe ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in Project or Contract Management ideally with experience overseeing 3 Waters projectsRelevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or drain laying (preferred)A strong financial understanding, with experience to track costs, complete claims and deliver project reportsGood communication and leadership skillsSolid experience with safety and qualityBe energetic and enthusiasticYou'll be offered: Competitive salary based on the candidate's skills and experienceAdditional training and developmentRelocation allowanceThis position is full-time, Monday to Friday.
