Contracts Manager - Cornwall
Our client, a busy maintenance contractor, is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee planned maintenance projects on social housing in Cornwall.
Day to day:
Visiting sites
Client liaison
Speaking with Site Supervisors
Meeting with senior management
Using schedule of rates
Requirements:
It's essential you have schedule of rates experience
Good maintenance experience
Experience managing all trades
Social housing experience would be beneficial
This is a really exciting permanent role for someone to grow their career as a Contracts Manager with a busy and reputable company, with a salary between £50,000 and £55,000 + van.
