This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the region.About the Role:As a key member of the Ventia Transport Infrastructure Business, you will manage the maintenance of over 1200 km of unsealed and 400 km of sealed roads. Your responsibilities will include grading, pavement maintenance, drainage, footpaths, and chipsealing, ensuring our roads remain safe and accessible.You will lead a team of about 40 staff members, working closely with the Renewals and Maintenance Managers. Your strong leadership and people skills will be crucial as you mentor and support your team to deliver exceptional results.
