Quality Consultants New Zealand Ltd (QCONZ) is a leading provider of quality assurance services for the Primary Sector. Specialising in on-farm audits and verification services, we support farms nationwide in achieving compliance and excellence.We are currently seeking a dedicated Contractor with strong interpersonal skills and a solid background in the sheep, beef, and wool industries to join our Lower North Island Team.About the RoleThis 12-month contract offers a unique opportunity to work as an on-farm Auditor. Full training will be provided, though prior experience in agriculture, farming, or quality assurance is highly advantageous.As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:Scheduling and conducting on-farm audits following prescribed protocols and standards.Managing corrective actions to ensure timely closure, both on and off the farm.Maintaining professional communication with farmers and stakeholders.What You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you must have:Experience in the sheep and beef industry.A valid NZ residency or work visa.Strong computer skills and familiarity with online systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A full, clean driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.The ability to travel up to 1–1.5 hours around Feilding.What We OfferComprehensive training and support.The opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Payment is based on the completion of services.Ready to Join Us?If you're passionate about the sheep, beef, and wool industries and thrive in a role that combines independence with teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
