We are seeking an experienced and driven Contract Administrator for our Hawera site.

The Contract Administrator is to ensure service delivery demonstrates Veolia's commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and customer service while meeting performance and service Key Performance Indicators and applying Quality and Health and Safety procedures.
Provide financial and operational administration for the South Taranaki District Council 3 Waters Maintenance contract.
This includes, but not limited to, matters relating to the processing of timesheets, job costings and invoices, the creation of purchase requisitions, and the completion of financial and operational records in Infor VAMS.
Support in coordinating and reporting the operational response to requests for service as required.
Support the Supervisors by creating work orders for Project Works and Third Party works and preparing invoices for the recovery of Veolia costs.
Provide primary customer response to all enquiries and requests for service (RFS).
Enter all complaints and compliments within the H&S system – Rivosafeguard.
Support the Supervisors by organising compliance training as required.
Positively contribute to the district based operations teams by fostering effective working relationships with field, engineering and management staff, client representatives and customers and suppliers.
Comply with the requirements of Veolia Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Policy Statements, including participation at local toolbox and health and safety meetings.
Adhere to all written and verbal instructions, procedures and information issued by Veolia relating to both health and safety and environmental issues and with all relevant clauses of the Integrated Business Management System Manual.
Comply with the requirements of the company business management system and the Quality Policy for drinking water, wastewater treatment and disposal to contribute to the company commitment to provide safe, high quality drinking water and wastewater services that consistently meets or exceeds the requirements of the Contracts.
Report any problems with the business management system, particularly in relation to the management of occupational health and safety, environment and drinking water.
Undertake such general duties as required for the effective provision of services to the client and customers.
What you'll need to be successful Experience in dispatching of jobs within the water industry.
A self-starter who can work with a high degree of autonomy.

Current driver's licence.
Ability and willingness to work out of hours when required.
Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Health and Safety legislation.
