Nau mai haere mai ki ta matou whanau | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family We're seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our successful road maintenance team based out of Albany, Auckland. (This position is a Full-Time, Monday to Friday – office based position)

Being our friendly face to our front desk, your meticulous nature, professionalism, and highly organised operating ethos will see you successfully manage a range of competing administration demands to deliver high-quality outcomes to agreed timeframes in assistance to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

In addition to the above, you will: Perform general office management duties, being reactive to the needs of clients, staff, and managers. Produce correspondence, memoranda, presentations, and reports both of a general and commercially confidential nature on behalf of our Contract and Operation managers. Manage office security and liaise with the facilities department to resolve property related queries. Liaise with key internal stakeholders such as Engineers, IT, L&D, and Accounts. Organise meetings and arrange functions and events for both onsite and offsite. Support in any other ad-hoc administration and responsibilities – no two days will be the same. Your resourcefulness and adaptability will enable you to respond swiftly with the right solution when needed, and your good judgment and initiative will be valued.

We're looking for someone with: At least 5 years of office management or contract administration - intermediate level. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Proficient in MS Excel spreadsheets, producing reports with formulas. Strong literacy & verbal communication skills. Prior experience in construction or similar industry is ideal. Excellent time management and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment.
