Join and be part of the exciting growth as they continue to expand globally and innovate in the industry.The organisation comprises six main business areas with 50 well-recognized brands, and this opportunity is within the garage doors and openers division.Key Responsibilities:Lead quality improvement initiativesSet up and optimise processesAnalyse data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues (e.g., data entry errors, manufacturing faults)Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve quality issuesWork in a dynamic and busy quality environmentCandidate Requirements:Strong ability to work across different business areasExcellent relationship-building skillsUnderstanding of manufacturing processes or mechanically mindedProcess-oriented mindsetReporting Structure:Reports to the Quality Manager for the business, based in BrisbaneDay-to-day activities will be influenced by the Christchurch branch, with interactions with the Auckland branch.Additional Information:This is a new role within the business.How to Apply:If you are passionate about quality improvement and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you.
