Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a full-time permanent position that has key functional relationships with many facets of the business. This job is responsible for delivering continuous improvement projects and production improvements, whilst also growing business improvements systems that drives operational excellence and continuous improvement mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating system roll-out and best practice implementation across plant. Setup process to drive problem solving at every level and function. Setup process to drive employee capability development to build multi-skill employee.Optimise the process to improve yield, reducing cost, and simplifying systems. This includes leading technical projects regarding optimising or cost reduction.Accountable for leading the cost reduction programme, driving sustainable improvement throughout the business.
