**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Research:** Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and informative. Stay updated on trends in content marketing and Textron's industries to contribute fresh ideas.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing and communication teams across regions to develop and implement content strategies that resonate with our global audience. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and insights.
- **SEO Optimization:** Understand the principles of SEO and apply them to written content to improve visibility and engagement. Utilize keywords effectively and implement best practices for increased search engine rankings.
- **Project Management:** Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content while maintaining a high standard of quality. Track progress and communicate any challenges or roadblocks to the project team.
- **Feedback Incorporation:** Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
- **Metrics Analysis:** Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies. Use insights gained to refine and enhance future content initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in content writing, marketing, or a related field. A portfolio showcasing previous writing samples is a plus.
