In this role you will collaborate across the content delivery team to guarantee the seamless and efficient resourcing of our content projects. A substantial part of the role involves recruiting, onboarding and overseeing contractors and contractor-led project initiatives. Additionally, the role will play a vital role in supporting process optimisation, reporting, and managing our documentation.What you will do:Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee contractor recruitment, from sourcing to interviewing, ensuring alignment with project needsManage contractor engagements, providing guidance for successful project outcomesEfficiently onboard and offboard contractors, ensuring access to necessary systems and documentationIdentify opportunities to enhance delivery processes for content projectsPresent recommendations for process improvements to senior leadershipFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to increase efficiency and operational excellenceGenerate regular recruitment effectiveness reports and analyse data for trendsMaintain accurate documentation of project processes and workflowsEnsure accessibility of documentation to relevant stakeholdersSupervise Content Support process, including direct management of our Content Support SpecialistManage external feedback channels and produce necessary reportsAbout you:Experience in a similar operational roleManagement or lead experience, supporting a direct reportDemonstrated experience of process improvement and enhancing delivery processes to increase efficiencyExperience in talent sourcing and facilitating the recruitment processDemonstrated delivery/operational mindsetExceptional time management abilities and multitasking skillsDocumentation & reporting experience with a data-driven/analytical mindsetProven track record of collaborating with a wide variety of teams/stakeholdersInnovative thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience working in the education/ed-tech industry (desirable)Equitable opportunities, growth, and development lie at the heart of how we work at EP.
