About the role | Ko te mahi nei We are looking for a dynamic and experienced senior library leader to take the helm of Library Content Services.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the strategic development of Christchurch City Libraries' collections in all formats, including print and digital.
You will also be responsible for leading: A team of 4 direct and 40 indirect reports The design and implementation of effective library policies for collection development, preservation, copyright and rights management.
The development of digital content, including the digitisation programme, for all libraries, and will oversee bindery and courier services for the network of libraries.

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 40 hours per week Position - Permanent Fulltime Location - This position is primarily based at Te Hononga Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $141,251 - $156,946 per annum based on a 40-hour week.
