Our client, a highly regarded insurance company, is looking for a Content Coordinator to help upload content on their new bespoke Loyalty Platform. This is a 3-month contract with a mid-January 2025 start.
In this role, your primary responsibilities include:
Coordinating content setup and approvals.Ensuring platform updates are timely and accurate.Maintaining a seamless user experience.Loading, testing, and publishing content.Supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.Coordinating and delivering member communications such as emails, notifications, and various content pieces to promote the loyalty platform.Regularly monitoring and reporting member engagement metrics, such as platform logins, content views, and reward redemptions.The right person for this role will hold a tertiary degree in Marketing or Business, with experience in supporting or coordinating loyalty platforms or programs, measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and setting up content or website platforms. Working closely with their agency who is delivering the platform, you will ideally have exposure to agency coordination.
You will have excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities while working to deadlines and deliverables.
Highly desired is experience in the insurance industry, or financial or health services. You will have a great attitude, be resilient and adaptable, and have a drive to get things done.
