We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Content Management Specialist to join our team at Utemaster!
This role will be crucial in ensuring our content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with our mission to help customers get stuff done and enjoy life's adventures.
Key Responsibilities: Content Management: Website: Oversee and update website content, including product pages, blogs videos, and tooltips.
Ute Builder & Learning Center: Provide an optimal user experience by ensuring our customer tools are current and functional, Brochures & Design Updates: Implement design changes and maintain up-to-date marketing materials.
EDM & Social Media Management: Email Campaigns: Assist in crafting and managing segmented EDMs and automated email journeys.
Social Media: Support content creation and strategy to enhance our brand's presence and engagement.
YouTube Page Management: Content Curation: Help organize and optimize YouTube content, collaborating with other teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Ads Management: Support: Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads management, aligning with SEO efforts and utilizing provided training.
About You: Skills and Experience: Copywriting: Strong ability to create compelling and error-free content with a keen eye for detail.
Content Management Systems: Proficiency or willingness to quickly learn CMS platforms and tools.
Project Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
Social Media: Understanding of social media dynamics and content strategy.
Personal Attributes: Creative Thinker: Ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches to enhance our content and marketing efforts.
Systems-Oriented: A mindset geared towards mastering systems and processes for content management and ads.
Analytical Skills: Basic ability to analyse performance metrics and apply insights for continuous improvement.
Adaptability: Flexibility to focus on priority areas and adapt to evolving responsibilities and company needs.
Proactive and Driven: Maintains a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude, consistently pulling hard to achieve results and drive improvements.
