This newly created role offers flexibility, with full-time or part-time work options based on the successful applicant's availability.As a key part of our team, you'll shape our digital presence by producing creative and engaging content across multiple platforms. Your work will strengthen our brand and connect us with our target audience in innovative ways.About the RoleThis role involves creating content that supports our brand, engages our audience, and enhances our digital presence. You will be responsible for producing content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and more, contributing to the overall marketing strategy and ensuring our message is communicated effectively across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and create high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing.Align content with the marketing strategy and business objectives.Manage content calendars, ensuring content is delivered at the relevant time and supports key initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.Contribute to the development of engaging, creative content that resonates with our target audience and enhances brand visibility.Monitor and analyse content performance, using insights to optimise strategies and improve engagement.Ensure content is aligned with the company's brand guidelines and values.Stay up-to-date with digital content trends, tools, and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as videos, graphics, and other digital assets.Assist with general office administration tasks to support the wider team as required.What We're Looking ForTo excel in this role, you'll bring:Proven experience as a content creator or in a similar role, with strong experience across written, visual, and multimedia content.A creative approach to content development, with the ability to adapt content to different audiences and platforms.Proficiency in using content creation tools and social media platforms.A basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation strategies.Excellent communication, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Knowledge of the agriculture sector or an interest in agronomy is advantageous.You'll also be adaptable, motivated to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
