About your new job
You will be leading from the front and leading by example. Duties will include but won't be limited to the following:
Daily management of a team of 10 Contact Centre AgentsTraining, mentoring, developing and recruiting of AgentsResponding to incoming online enquiriesEnsuring Agent quality and complianceManage the career growth and development of all AgentsProviding regular coaching and development opportunities for all AgentsAbout you Proven Contact Centre Team Leading experience, ideally within the Telco environmentStrong computer skills and the ability to successfully navigate multiple systemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProven experience in leading a high-performing team and maintaining high performanceWillingness to lead from the front and work alongside the teamAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyWhat's in it for you
